The Initial Group provides an employee assistance service through a partnership with Occupational Health Consultants of America (OHCA) of Nashville, Tennessee.

OHCA and Initial Touch provide licensed, professional counselors, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help identify, assess, and find working solutions for a wide range of personal, emotional, or family problems that can affect your employees' job performance.
