The Initial Group has partnered with a leading provider of health risk assessment products designed to improve health through individual assessments. We are committed to providing health care consumers, employers and health care delivery organizations tools to promote and improve healthy lifestyles and identify preventable, controllable health problems.

How does it work?

The Initial Group's individual risk assessment provides individuals with a guide to identify those behaviors that put them at risk for accidents or illness that, if modified, can increase the probability of a longer, healthier life. These risk assessments provide employee and member health risks, both individually and as a group.
