 Knoxville, Tennessee - September, 2004 - At health fairs across the area, The Initial Group was present - offering free Health Risk Assessments to employees. Health Risk Assessments (HRA's) work hand in hand with employers to give them a better understanding of their employee's well-being. Many times these services are utilized as an additional part of an open enrollment period, giving the employee a highly informational health assessment, and also producing general reports to the company regarding their staff's overall health.
